My name is Daniel Frazer, Ive always been interested in food since I was little, its something I have always enjoyed whether its going out to a restaurant for dinner or having a cake and coffee in a cafe. I have been a chef for about 9 years, starting off working in restaurants and hotel in Manchester. About 4 years ago i decided to move to pastry and baking and I love it.
